Mobileaudio25 Posted April 10, 2013 Report Posted April 10, 2013 I just upgraded to 2 brz2400.1s (I know it's hifonics) and I have 1 xs power 1200 and 2 deka group 34batts with knu 0 ga wire. The car is a 1987 olds delta 88. I don't want to run a dual alt. setup either. What size alt would you guys recommend ?

Mobileaudio25 Posted April 10, 2013 Author Report Posted April 10, 2013 Well the biggest they make without having to build a new casing and starting to get really expensive is 200/220.... I have a 180 amp now and on full tilt with 2 brz1200's at idle and a smaller pulley the lowest it drops is 13.5.... Do you think with a 220 I'd have enough amperage to support the 2 2400s? I'd like to be around 13.5-14.4 with them and id be happy
