I have a beater now, that i want to show some support from some of my suppliers, and put on some decals. Thats on the windshield, and back windows, as well, as on the front fenders. Besides the ole, clean and apply, is there more i need to know, to keep them on for a few seasons, and a few dozen washes???? Thanks In Advance for any, and all help all.. cheers !! Polish Posted April 10, 2013 Report Posted April 10, 2013 I usually just clean and apply but some people do the soapy water trick (fill an old spray bottle with water and add a small bit of dish soap) to help get them straight. You basically spray a light mist where the sticker will go then apply it, the water allows you to slide it around to get it in the exact spot you want. Then just use a credit card or ID to smooth it down like you normally would but this also pushes the water out at the same time allowing it to adhere. I've got a big 20 inch D that still looks new over the past year. No peeling or anything I just used the ol' soap and water. No windex! And the fact more than one person agrees does not make it a circle jerk, it makes it a bukkake scene and you're in the middle Chick took 3 shots of Jager, and then, pissed in my mouth.. Yes but make sure you strip all the wax off. It won't last as long otherwise or stick well at all depending how much wax you have on the car. Dish soap that removes grease should strip the wax off.
