how do you no brace displacment?

your port is still incredibly non efficient. you want your port to be closer to a cubic volume. port area alone isnt everything, it has to be efficient as well. it all comes down to the internal surface area inside the port, and surface resistance of the material inside the port.

So here is something for you reference, again since your sub is custom is not possible to look at it more comprehensively, for this or any other design check to have proper port clearance to the rear gate:

Enclosure Specifications:

Fb = 33 Hz
Vb = 11.7 ft^3

External Height = 21 in
External Width = 44 in
External Depth = 32 in

Port Width = 30 in
Port Height = 5 in

Cut Sheet List:

* All Dimensions in Inches.
* Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts.

External Enclosure Parts:

2 x Top & Bottom (3 parts) = 44 x 32

Left & Right Sides = 30 1/2 x 18 3/4

Front & Back = 44 x 18 3/4

L Port Internal Assembly Parts:

Front to Back = 18 1/4 x 31 1/2

Port Left Side Assembly:
18 1/4 x 5
Port Right Side Assembly:
18 1/4 x 5

Assembly guide (generic dimensions):

Important notes:

- The port needs 5" of free airspace in front of it for proper operation.

- Setting your amp subsonic filter to 28Hz is suggested.

- Suggested bracing is 1.25"-1.5" wooden dowel rods for top to bottom bracing, 16"x5" 3/4" MDF for port brace and 2x4 lumber for the rear panel.
