Enclosure Specifications:

Fb = 34.5 Hz
Vb = 3.8 ft^3

External Height = 16 in
External Width = 35 in
External Depth = 19.5 in

Port Width = 3 3/4 in

Cut Sheet List:

* All Dimensions in Inches.
* Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts.

External Enclosure Parts:

2x Front = 15 5/8 x 14 1/2
Back = 35 x 14 1/2

Left & Right Sides: 18 x 14 1/2

Top & Bottom = 35 x 19 1/2

Shared Port Internal Assembly Parts:

2 x Front to Back = 16 1/8 x 14 1/2
2 x Extension = 3 9/16 x 14 1/2

Assembly guide (generic dimensions):

Important notes:

- The 45s if you want to do them are 2 1/2" wide except the one/ones inside the port, if you want that let me know.

- All boxes built outside the car need to fit in their way in not just have the right dimensions.

- The port needs 3 3/4" of free airspace in front of it for proper operation.

- Setting your amp subsonic filter to 28Hz is suggested.

It would be better a double baffle variant at least, if you expect that sub to sound the same as SA series, only more power handling, that's probably not the case.

Hey joe what would be the best way to make this a split box. I can't physically fit this box through my trunk. My box for the single 12 barely fit.

Joe could I split this box some way or make it less wide or tall i can't fit this through my trunk for the duel box design . Stupid civic. Lol

Sorry I didn't read your previous post, yes I can work out other dimensions if necessary, just tell me what do you need, I usually recommend building a cardboard dummy box to verify given dimensions will fit.

No worries ill have to build a card board mock up. And is slotted ports better or would I be fine with a round port say 6 inch aero port.
