1997 GMC Suburban Dual Alternator Bracket Help

Whats up! I am doing a new build on my 97 Suburban. I will be adding a second AudioQue 3500.1D. Right now I have a 350 amp ad244 alternator feeding 4 batteries, but will need more juice when I add that second AQ 3500.1. I want to add another 350 ad244 style alternator so I am in need of a dual alt bracket for two ad244 alts and that will fit in my suburban. I have looked online and found some for $500 plus...IDK but that seems a bit expensive.

So does anyone know where i can find a decent priced one or know of some schematics so I can have a machine shop build one.

$500 is about normal going rate for 1, you have to remember most are designed in CAD, then cut using CNC machines, thats not cheap. As far as finding schematics, that's not going to happen, companies aren't going to post that info for above reasons, only way is if someone custom fab'd one themselves, but then they probably didn't make any since it was trial and error.

Hmmm. I have heard of designs floating on the net or I was hoping that someone on these forum has done one and be able to provide some assistance. If that is the going rate ok and I understand that the machines used may be somewhat expensive, but I think the prices are jacked up due to it being a all or none thing. There are not very common and most people will just pay for them, because they do not have the know how.

I'll have some fabled up soon. made directly from the original dual alt bracket I purchased for my 5.7 98 burban. will also fit the 4.3
