Yes sir it was(paypal), i have tried to get him to refund my money, but he says he already spent it. Sent me another message back saying "I guess I just disagree that it's not perfectly working? Ill be honest I don't believe the amp makes a sound when it turns off. Ill figure a solution out and let you know." i dont think it matters if he already spent it...report his ass.

And i just received the amp yesterday. Gonna give him today to figure out which way he wants to go with this. Will file a dispute tonight if it's not getting resolved. Then escalate to claim a little later if that doesn't open his eyes any.
