Just tried it, I couldn't get the 2/0 in the terminal as easy as you did with the 1/0.

I did this a little different but the same, on my VAN. I did the BIG 3 and Ran 2/0 front to rear. I just took my time to get all the wires done right after a mess up or 2. I'll never do it differently again

twist the end of the wire, then use a terminal to twist the wire into it and spin it around the wire for a sec, that will form the wire to be ready to twist into the terminal filled with solder, i hope that makes sense,

Could also shave a little bit of wire off if necessary.

Works great I had a run set up to put in but turned out it ran somewhere else. The 1/0s solid though

No problem, I have done this method on 1/0, 4, and 8 gauge, all great results.
