I don't think HCCA's even like sealed boxes

I want a tight clean bass. Specs say sealed for sq.

proper ported box > sealed box. i cannot see that woofer working half decent in a sealed box.

A properly designed ported box will provide that as well

Then go with spec if you already know what you want. I'm not a big fan of acoustic suspension... its like throwing away half the sound by keeping it locked up, and you're completely sacrificing low end extension too. If you have a vented enclosure that isn't transient then you're doing it wrong. Most people say that about ported because they're using the wrong box, like a prefab.

Rebuild. Less quiet. Still not loud.

And overdriving a sealed box sounds a lot worse than a vented. I say sealed only if you don't have room for a proper ported and you don't want it loud.

ported

The spot with least resistance LOL.

I would ground to a rubber dildo if it had less resistance than a run of 4/0 wiring.

how many poeple work there 3 or 4 lol

At crescendo HQ? probably 2-3

At the sweatshop in china? 30,000 children

No Engine
