tacomaguy1 Posted May 22, 2013 Author Report Posted May 22, 2013 Got one of the baffles cut today minus the port. Next 2 will be easy, just let the flush trim bit on the router do all the work. I didn't get a picture of it test fitted, but before I cut the circle I put it in. Was a little too big and I had to kick it in lol Which made taking it out that much harder. Took me 20 minutes to get the right angle, had to take out the center console to take the baffle back out This little saw is badass....use it to cut anything that's too big to fit on the table saw Trying to get it out lol, you can see where it was scraping on the bpillar Plenty of room for a nice sized port Team Flex Issues

That's the 2 layers of the shell. The baffle will just screw right on like a regular box. Will have to put in each layer separately, just screw one in at a time I guess lol Team Flex Issues

Have a small spot.in the shell I need to fill with glass then I can paint it Team Flex Issues
