OP, sorry to clutter you're thread. My only input was to shy you away from running double the RMS power to those subs. 600 Watts each, really should be fine. Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.

It wouldn't require as big of an electrical upgrade that you would need for 2 of those amps and the Obsidians will still be happy. I had the exact same plans to do for my 1993 Cherokee but the only way they would fit is in a wall so I'm guessing you're doing a wall?
