Got some SMD gear in, decided this thing needs a volt meter and might as well go with the best and went with an smd vm-1. Decided to get a hat as well, love the hat by the way nice and clean. Just wish it was a little bigger lol!

So when I ordered the hat it said autographed hat, I thought it just ment the signiture on the back that's stitched....nope got a little sig on inside the as well, which is bad ass!! Didn't notice that for a fewdays when my friend asked to see it. He ask's "What does SMD mean?" I reply "Suck my dick, bitches know what's up!" Then he said "that's BAD ASS I want one!" Then I said I was kidding and explained what it really means lol!

Thanks bro! I spray it all on, I use rock-it bedliner and duplicolor but haven't been too inpressed with the duplicolor. pros; cheap and you can get it by the gallon. cons; it seems to stink for a few days and the glossiness isn't consistant. Rock-it liner pros; comes out more consistant and dries a little better, the kit comes with a spray gun and in bottles. cons; you have to mix it with a catalyst and shake for a few minutes then you have to use up everything in the bottle, not ideal if you just need to do some touch up or something small. Also kinda hard to get everything out of the bottle.

My box is a mix of both brands.

There's a few helpfull tips if you end up sparying it, if your curiouse just hit me up. Im not against rolling it on it seems to be a good way to go. seems like less work.

Was watching purplehaze's build and got an idea for my wire. Ordered some techflex off ebay last friday afternoon and got here this morning..pretty fast! Insted of pulling out all the wire I ran up through the firewall I just decided to do the 4 runs going to the rear batteries. This stuff is nice! Made sure to get it with fire retardant.

Couldnt get a good pic but I also wrapped the run going from the primary batt to the engine block

Then ripped out the two possitive runs to remove the old plastic conduit and dress them up so they look classy not half assy! Seriously this stuff is like a tuxedo for your

cable.

Alright small update but had to get this finished and outta the way so I can finish this thing, well I guess it's one of the most important peices of a system. Ran 4 runs of 1/0 from secondary battery to where the rear batteries are, Kinda like the veins/arteries of a sound system.

First found some of this big ol' heat shrink at a local electrical supply shop.

Had some trouble getting it to slide over the cable on some of it, if you have issues like that with terminal boots or heat shrink this stuff works great. Just some spray silicone, dont worry it wipes off and dries so there's no gunk or anything. Works better than spit ;)
