Hey everyone got new install I want to do because I been out of a system for couple weeks now.

So I have a 05 trailblazer ls and I going start this really soon her but I'm going be putting 2 dc audio xl 18s on a 7.5k dc audio and I want it to hit them low notes and move a lot of air so I want it to be around 32. The space I have in the back is 46 wide and 56 Long and going to have dual alts and upgrade kinetik in the front and 5 more in the back .

So if y'all can help me that would be great.

Here is a suggestion, any changes let me know:

Enclosure Specifications:

Fb = 32 Hz
Vb = 12 ft^3

External Height = 19 in
External Width = 46 in
External Depth = 40 in

Port Width = 36 in
Port Height = 5 1/2 in

Cut Sheet List:

* All Dimensions in Inches.
* Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts.

External Enclosure Parts:

2 x Top & Bottom (3 parts) = 46 x 40

Left & Right Sides = 38 1/2 x 16 3/4

Front & Back = 46 x 16 3/4

L Port Internal Assembly Parts:

Front to Back = 28 1/4 x 37 1/2

Port Left Side Assembly:
28 1/4 x 5 1/2
Port Right Side Assembly:
28 1/4 x 5 1/2

Assembly guide (generic dimensions):

** figure doesn't show all necessary bracing.

Important notes:

- All boxes built outside the vehicle need to fit in their way in not just have the right dimensions.

- The port needs 5 1/2" of free airspace in front of it for proper operation.

- Setting your amp subsonic filter to 28Hz is suggested.

where in the back will you be putting the batteries ? with the box or do you have something other in mind, if it will be in the back with the box you need to figure the battery sizes , so the box can fit with them in that area.
