Stating that the item work before hand isn't going to hold weight in court.. No thats not the point, the point is too keep the company from giving you the endless run around and making people jump through hoops to fix their mistake. This case we are discussing is not a scam, orions amp got fucked by fedex, other peoples issues do not apply. Stop reading into shit like its all a scam or we are out to screw the company out of their money. Fedex fucked the amp, it was insured, they should pay. I'm suggesting ways to simplify or expedite the process for Orion and the seller. Do you nuthug fedex much? Work for them or something?Don't understand your angle or problem with my suggestion?
