Amart88's Blazer 4 Zcon 18's. New amp rack and HU

Recommended Posts

Well had to get one U bolt off so the guy could make me some new ones. What a bitch. Not looking forward to the rest tomorrow lol. more to come.

Also, it is very dirty underneath form the sand and salt on the roads. That's why east coast vehicles rust so bad. Keep it undercoated.

Jacked up

Sprayed them with lots of penetrating oil last night and today.

2 foot stong arm and I could barely move the damn things. a good 15 mins of grunting on one damn bolt.

Got my add a leafs in today along with the new shocks. Took about 3 hours. Made a noticable difference. Raised about 2 inches.

Painted my new Ubolts last night. Looks much better and protects them a bit more from corrosion.

Got the wheels off. Camera makes the rust look worse for some reason. Mostly just sand and dirt. where undercoat wore off.

Got to take the saddles off. I cut the remaining u bolts out with a grinder, not dealing with them again.

SHocks are out, had to take the saddle off to pound the old shock from the stud. Was a pain. Put some Anti-seize on it.
