I'm not sure what you mean, link to the door your talking about?

No disrespect bro....

But personally I wouldnt post a build log on sight I'm new to w/ out at least checking the members/build section and Fabrication area to see what kind of wrk is done there and who is considered a "Big Dog" when it comes to fabrication and quality install.

When folks talk about GP....or GP2K2...

They're referring to Tim, Timmay, GroundPounder2k2 (Also HighVoltage77 on FBF)

And he is our resident Fiberglass guru.

He does some amazing work, including the aforementioned doorpods in his Cavelier project car.

All his stuff can be found in HIS OWN personal Build section.

http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/ind...hp?showforum=67

I would say have a pen n paper handy cuz his builds are VERY informative.....and he's very anal/precise/etc.

Check out his Build of an entire glassed dash in a GMC Sonoma.

& Welcome to SMD.

Alright didn't finish much today, had school today then it started to rain.

I got the piece off and ready to glass though. I just found out we have a fiberglass wholesale warehouse right down the road so I'mma go pick up a bunch of supplies tommorow. There was some wrinkles I couldn't get out on here, nothing the body filler stage won't handle, guess that's what I get for being cheap and not oging to get fleece and using an old t-shirt though lol.

Now I got my horn/underdash panels almost complete. I will be painting them black to hide under the dash unoticed. They will also be sound deadned. Also you may ask why panels like these? Well, the car orginally comes with panels liek these, but made of plastic, they helped keep the car quieter and also help protect from being stolen easier (on the drivers side). I wanted to keep these but couldn't keep the stock ones with the horns, so I made my own :).

And this is how it sits with the horn in it:

No disrespect to you either, but what does this matter?

If he doesn't know who someone is, why should he not post a thread on the forums?

And he probally does know who Tim is. He is on FGF also. Probally just didn't ring a bell as to what doors he was talking about.

True dat I spose...

I think if anything....I need to stay away from OTHER forums and they're drama...cuz I end up bringin it home...

I think I was just heated after reading all the drama from that forum and might have incidently brought it back over here...

My bad yo.

I think my point was, just do your HW on the site b4 you post....could end up like Chevyridah over on CA.com..that was terrible.

So far the doors look good.
