Im gonna be porting my enclosures up at the rear deck and cutting a large portion of the deck out to have more of a response in the cabin, (hoping this will improve spl in competition). Should I either have internal ports facing the deck, or should I use external ports going through the deck and ending at the opening? Basically what Im asking is, will I lose dbs if its not ported throught the deck like this....where the rear deck is green... as opposed to this...
