16.5,32.75,21.25 (inches) achieve 4 cubes @34Hz which would be an ok spec but still you would need to make sure there's 4" of free airspace in front of the port and that you have space for your amps.

yes that will be no problem i can make something with fibreglass and wood to hold them that i can also take it easely out

Changed the dimensions above to 16.5,32.75,21.25, bear in mind the you may need to build inside and you still need 4" if free airspace in front of the port for it to work property so make sure of all that.

if the depth can be 57 then i can fit everything in.

so 41X56X83.

i can just put it in i putted mu old box in but it was too big it was halfway on my backseat.

is was also 43 cm high but less long.

is this big enough?

make sure your measuring the trunk opening not just the floor space i built my 15 l7 in a box just like that and it was tight fit sliding in even tho it fit fine once it was inside

Yes i measured the trunk opening id i didnt have to i can make it 52 cm high when i want to make it in the car and make it impossible to take it out

Joe is the port size the same as the last one you calculated?

It lost 2 square inches of port area due to the reduction in height but that is very little to make a meaningful difference.

i calculated it all to centimeters.(We can buy mdf only in 14 mm 18mm or 22mm i almost always choose for 18mm because it is much cheaper when i make a mistake and must do it again.)

can anyone check if it is all okey.

outer dimensions 41,91X83X54.

port assembly parts

38,31X39,37

38,31X19,05

I have modified the post above for metric units, the dimensions have slightly changed as I have now used 18mm wood thickness which is the nearest to 3/4" and rounded to integer metric units which will make doing your cuts simpler. Any questions let me know.
