Ceramic or normal grease (wheel bearing/ball hitch lubricant) work perfectly fine for the most part if you apply it correctly and install the heatsink correctly. wouldnt ball bearing grease or axil grease melt when it's heated?

Hopefully, if you use anything solid you're just creating an insulation barrier. Thats why you want only the very smallest amount of thermal grease as possible (none is actually better in many cases if you prepare the mating surfaces by lapping them). Any time you have have a power wire next to your frame put some rubber hosing (or cut up an innertube) around it.
