The red graph was a 1 cube rear and 3 cube front cabinet.... which now that I think about it while I'm fully awake, would become pretty impractical for two woofers in the amount of space you have to work with. You could try and model the box as a 2 cube rear and three cube front, giving you the same gross volume you have now but with port and internal baffle displacements that might wind up being a bit on the small side.

You definitely need a larger cabinet in order to get the response right on a sixth order....

As for suitability, that woofer's EBP is ~76, which makes it an equally good candidate for sealed/4th orders or ported/6th orders.

Well I have 6cubes to work with before any displacements so with the 5 cubes I have now that's after ALL displacements so I might be able to make it work with 2...

Okay, I put this driver in WinISD and yeah, these things don't like to go low in that air space. Tuned at 23 & 46 with 1.5 & 3.5 cubes respectively, I got a reasonable graph that's -3db @ 20 and +2db @ 23. And the mid band low is +.8 db @ ~28. And then there's a +6.5db peak @45, which isn't bad at all and then it's -3db @ 64, which again, ain't so bad.

If you're modeling this driver for parallel operation WinISD, remember to half Re, Z and BL, because specs on dvc drivers are always (in my experience) figured in series.

Oooooooooooo I wish I would have known that!!!!! No wander why your model is so different... I just plugged in the driver without changing parameters. Makes sense now.

What kind of porting did u come up with

Oh yeah... using 6" ports I got 35.95" & 19.14. Kinda long, but I didn't play with other port configurations so I'm sure it can be tweaked into a manageable situation.

WinISD doesn't support series alignment of sixth orders so if you're using that software you'll have to keep both ports exiting to the outside of the cabinet.
