Yeah I am going to doubt they would fit under the back seats unless you have the bench. I know people have gotten them to fit under the bench.

Another option if you have the ability to do metal work and don't mind losing your spare tire is to cut out the floor and sink the batteries in there that way. But again, that is if you have access to a welder and metal fabrication or know someone who can do it for you.

I also have a 07' tahoe and the back seat and no room under it. The way they designed them for the back of the seat to fold forward, then the whole seat to fold forward after that so it is fully vertical against the back of the front seats added so much bracing and gas shock down there I am not even sure if i can fit my mids amp under it.

Without a wall I as well ran out of room back there for batteries. I drive in MN winters so no way in hell i am putting batteries underneath the vehicle. I got same issues as you bro.

IF, and only IF, i can mount all my amps and crossovers to the front of the box I would still have barely 6" behind the box where the port is which still is too narrow to place a 3100. Got AC setup taking up ALL the space in one wheel well area inside the vehicle and the other isn't enough space for a battery.

I as well wanted to keep my interior stockish looking apart from sub box in back but it's just not possible. Even though it's a tahoe if you don't remove the rear seat or plan on having interior gone you really cannot hide anything internally in these vehicle. They really pack shit into the interior panels......

I am rethinking my whole build because of this..........

Lol, I can contest to the MN winters!

Can you just put a "notch" in the box and recess the batteries into that? (If that makes sense.)

I know what you mean on the space though, we had a hell of a time coming up with enough room to put two 12's behind the third row in my buddies 08

I live down here in south mississippi so winter isn't a big deal for me, and I only drive the truck maby 2 days out of the month because I have a daily driver, what is the big reason not to put then on the frame rail?

I was just looking at your fosgate build about 2 hours ago, I was hoping to see if you come up with any ideas.. I didn't get a chance to finish reading
