Put a battery on each side in front of the box standing up. Measure the space between the hatch when closed and the box on the sides. Then find the deminsions of the batterys that you plan on running and place them there

i got a 97 tahoe and i build a battery holder under my truck, i took the spare tire out and welded where it used to be. If you check my build log you can see it i havent finished my build yet but you can see the battery holder i build under there and how it looks u might get an idea.

or ive seen people put them behind the plastic parts beside the box, one side has a little holder on it in my truck and the passenger side has enough room for 2 batterys back there in mine. idk bout the newer ones tho

i know its not a complete solution, but most SUV's have the ability to have 2 battery's under the hood (like a diesel)
have you looked in to this ? that would leave just one to hide somewhere

Yes I have a spot for o e there.. I was planning on changing the factory starting battery and adding a kinetic 2400? I think it is to the secondary battery tray but I was also told that I would need additional ones near the amps in the rear
