Trill985 Posted July 26, 2013 Report Share Posted July 26, 2013 I currently own a 07 Tahoe with a 5.3. I was wondering who would you recommend to get a dual alternator kit from for my truck. Looking to run two alts. so that I could leave all the factory equipment on the factory alt and hook up my 4 batteries for the sound to the high output alt. I appreciate any help. But I say hook everything up to the primary battery getting charged from both alts. I don't see the need in separating the charging systems unless you're running different voltages. I'm talking about the kit that includes the alternator to. That ones shows that they are backordered. I'm looking to get the dual bracket and alternator.
