genesis Posted August 11, 2013 Report Posted August 11, 2013 hey guys, im wanting to run a single 12" woofer in my car (obsidian, if it matters). my car is a sedan, the box will be ported, and power is on the low side 5-600 watts. my back seats do NOT fold down, but I DO have a pass through ill use, and my music taste is incredibly varied. hopefully thats all the pertinant info. the question is, do you guys think a trunk wall will perform decent in this situation? ive always faced my subs back, or up, so this is new to me! also, my rear seats dont fold down as mentioned. will I need to cut the metal bracing behind tge core foam (it does NOT interfere with the sub mounting) thanks!
TeamHT Posted August 11, 2013 Report Posted August 11, 2013 Do you mean sealing off from the trunk? Tell me...does this smell like chloroform to you?
tacomaguy1 Posted August 11, 2013 Report Posted August 11, 2013 No, not if your seats don't fold down Could try a 4th order with port coming through the ski pass Team Flex Issues
