bbeljefe Posted August 20, 2013 Report Posted August 20, 2013 I know you said you did a bunch of swapping things but, did you try removing only one rca connecter at a time from the system and did you try completely new RCAs that weren't running under the carpet? This is often a line level problem and trying new RCAs that are not run through the vehicle is an important troubleshooting step. If you did that and tested with a cord directly from an mp3 player to each amp... that would prove the head unit or RCAs.
