SOSAutosport
Hey guys,I'd like to give a quick run down about myself before I start. My names Mike I'm from Brampton Ontario Canada recently just started my own business, SOS Autosport in retail and installation of car stereos and 12v equipment. We move into our shop September 15th and we're very excited! I've been installing for just over 10 years all my vehicles prior to this have had stereos but nothing quite like this. I had a '03 Mazdaspeed Protege in which got written off in a bad accident almost a month ago now.As far as I know there is no one in Ontario running Skar Audio, as far as I know we are the only retailer in Ontario retailing for Skar, but please correct me if I'm wrong. So I spoke with Kevin and told him I'd love to get the name out here since it seems to be huge in Florida thought it would be great budget equipment for guys down here and decided to pick up a '05 Escape limited now that the protege is wrecked and build it into Canada's Skar Audio demo vehicle.ON WITH THE BUILD!EDITED 12/08/13as of december 8th I've changed what the build will be consisting of, read below for details.Kenwood DDX719 headunit(6) 8" Skar Audio PAX-8 Pro Audio Speakers - 3 in each front door(4) 1" Skar Audio VX1-ST Bullet Tweeters - 2 in each front door(1) set of 6.5" Skar Audio VXI65 Components in the rear doors(4) 15" Skar Audio VVX-15v2 Dual 4s wired at 1 ohm(2) Skar Audio SK-2500.1(2) Skar Audio LP-80.4 - powering mids/tweeters(4) runs of 1/0 cable front to back(5) group 34 batteries - 1 up front, 4 in backall T SPEC v12 series RCA cable C-pillar flat wallDeck is currently a Kenwood KDC-X693 hopefully upgrading to a nice double din soon. Still figuring out where I'm getting deadening, wire, and batteries from and whatever else I forgot to mention. So far I've just got the subs, sub amp, and front components in. But that's the basics now. Were currently thinking of doing a box with the subs mounted staggered using 2 8" aeroports.PICS:The truck when I picked her up not long ago, shes fully loaded with black leather interior, heated seats, sunroof, parking sensors, auto dimming rearview mirror, auto headlights, lol. big step up from the rides I've had before!Came across a crazy deal, had to grab these! 20s mounted on practically brand new 255/45/20 falken tiresOnly pics I have of them mounted are these shitty quality instagram ones, I'll get some better ones laterthat's it for now, stay tuned for more updates! Also if you have instagram you can follow me and my build on there, @SOSAutosport Deck: Kenwood DNN990HDFront Stage: (6) 8" Skar Audio PAX-8 Pro Audio Speakers - 3 in each front door (4) 1" Skar Audio VX1-ST Bullet Tweeters - 2 in each front doorSubs: (4) 15" Skar Audio VVX-15v2 Dual 4s wired at 1 ohmSub Amps: (2) Skar Audio SK-2500.1Mids/Highs Amp: (2) Skar Audio LP-80.4 - powering mids/tweetersWire: (4) runs of 1/0 cable front to back, T SPEC V12 RCABatteries: (5) group 34 batteries - 1 up front, 4 in backC-pillar flat wallBuid Log: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/174250-05-ford-escape-limited-skar-audio-build/

SOSAutosport
I want to wall it but at the same time I don't. If I did I'd regret it down the road, also I figure if I do a wall I don't want it to be just in my trunk I'd rather it take up the back seat all the way back, if your gonna do it, do it right! We measured it out and it will work, the box is going to be quite tall, port we haven't decided whats best either aeroports or a slot port Deck: Kenwood DNN990HDFront Stage: (6) 8" Skar Audio PAX-8 Pro Audio Speakers - 3 in each front door (4) 1" Skar Audio VX1-ST Bullet Tweeters - 2 in each front doorSubs: (4) 15" Skar Audio VVX-15v2 Dual 4s wired at 1 ohmSub Amps: (2) Skar Audio SK-2500.1Mids/Highs Amp: (2) Skar Audio LP-80.4 - powering mids/tweetersWire: (4) runs of 1/0 cable front to back, T SPEC V12 RCABatteries: (5) group 34 batteries - 1 up front, 4 in backC-pillar flat wallBuid Log: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/174250-05-ford-escape-limited-skar-audio-build/

I can hook you up with a packaged deal for a full install. I also think we have a dealer in Canada. 2013 Dodge Charger Build Log 1996 Ford Explorer XLT 5.0Build Log 2005 Honda Civic LX Coupe Build Log SMD SUPER SELLER!!!!My Selling Feedback
