Buying B stock?

Is buying B stock items a good idea? Will they last and perform as well as the regular version? In particular, I was looking at Sundown X12s b stock.

You might have good luck, just depends on why it is b-stock. I tend to stay away from things that are b-stock if they have moving parts. If that makes sense.

if sundown says theyre ok, youre fine. Jacob is a stand up guy, he'll tell ya what's wrong with em! (I buy b stock if available on Most Things, never had a bstock woofer)

on the emf site, im pretty sure it states their b stock products are strickly cosmetic and play just fine... could be wrong. If im right ill post the link

If you're looking at CSG I'm pretty sure most b-stock is cosmetic. Don't think they've been used. Look and see why. If it's not listed and they won't say why it's B-stock.... That's a red flag. If cosmetic flaws don't matter to you go for it. If it was a repaired item or something, might be iffy.

What is b stock? Does it mean its just used a little? If you purchase from a site or sealer how wid you know if its b stock?

It'll be listed. B-stock can be either.... Old version of a woofer, clearanced items, woofer with small defect, repaired woofer, etc.

Sundown Bstock is cosmetic. It's QC defect if there's anything wrong with it mechanically

I own a skar ivx 15 that was b-stock and it worked fine and still does.
