I think your chances of success the first time are a lot greater with a standard ported box. Just my opinion man I agree there. I have only had 2 different set ups, but between the two, I've built like 5 boxes, and wanted to do WAY more just for testing to see what really sounds better. If your afraid of getting a ported box right cause you don't know how to get the right port area and tuning ect.. then a 4th order is def not something you want to try and get right the first time. teemac Posted August 30, 2013 Report Posted August 30, 2013 Buddy of mine has 2 DC m2 18's in a ported box that will do 151 all day on music. He has a DC 5k that runs at 14.5+ volts constantly. With a wall, you shouldn't have any problems getting a 150
