newschoolsoundz Posted September 2, 2013 Author Report Posted September 2, 2013 i have 18 from bottom of trunk to deck lid i figure 15 once sub is in allows for some excursion still an i fit my buddys american bass hd 18 box in my trunk today while it is only 33 by 29 by 13 my box will be slightly bigger but his box fit no issues an i still had plenty of room i will upload pics of his box in my car in a little while
newschoolsoundz Posted September 2, 2013 Author Report Posted September 2, 2013 this is not only possible to fit the dc lvl 5 but i should have box built within a week or 2 an everyone seems to forget 6 cubes is recommended by dc that doesnt mean that 5.5 cubes wouldnt work 6 is just optimal for 3500 watts rms
