PaulO2288 Posted February 27, 2008 Report Posted February 27, 2008 --> QUOTE(Eric B @ Feb 26 2008, 11:37 PM) 264703[/snapback] Id take a LMS Ultra over a BTL in a heart beat....... they get loud n low and sound good at the same timeand yes a 18" and sq can go good together.... Both subs get low and loud. I find the BTL to be on a lower price level and have great performance, then I look at the LMS Ultra like the extreme more wattage more money version of the BTL. will it be a new line of subwoofer or just an upgrade for the BTLs? Something higher than the BTL im assumeing.

1qwikstang Posted February 27, 2008 Report Posted February 27, 2008 Is he talking about Fi incorperating the use of split coils that will give them a more linear output. Or something along those lines.
Thewes Posted February 27, 2008 Report Posted February 27, 2008 Is he talking about Fi incorperating the use of split coils that will give them a more linear output. Or something along those lines. How could splitting coils increase linear output? Isn't that the technique that the LMS ultras use?
PaulO2288 Posted February 27, 2008 Report Posted February 27, 2008 Alright Steve, But at least give us a hint till how long they are going to be released or till anybody can get info on them.
