Smurfboy
Hi everyone. Well, I hate do this but it looks like I will have to change something a bit. At the moment, I have a single Solo X12" and ZX2500.1 amp (not installed in my truck just yet). Just as I was about to order a powerful ALT and batteries (which cost $1,000+), something came up unexpectedly and, because of that, I'm struggling with financially at the moment. So for the past few days, I was thinking about what to do and came up with the idea to save money. I was like "Hey, why not get any sub that can handle 1,250 watts" and, you guessed it, X-12" Sundown which is a perfect fit for ZX2500.1 that does 1,250 watts @ 4ohm. So I'm assuming that will be no problem without the need of ALT and battery, correct? I used to bumped a pair of S10"L7 and KX1200.1 for years and never had any problem at all with my truck. I'm expecting to do same with the new system. Thank you for your input and I'm looking forward to experience with Sundown product for the first time (I'm a long time Kicker fan). X-series Sundown looks great, by the way. -Smurfboy
sundownz
If you've used 1200-watts before it shouldn't be a problem.
