BigManAC
The 80-prs is just an awesome headunit. The equalizer options you can run for active make it so you can pinpoint the exact frequencies you want. Im about to buy one myself and if you need to know how to work anything on it, Pioneer has a great section on their website with videos on how to use the unit. Knuconcepts has some good power wire for a good price and as far as fuses, eBay works wonders. 2001 Saturn L200-Sony MEX-BT4100PFRONT STAGE:- (4) Crescendo PWX 6- Cadence XA250.2SUB STAGE:-Fi Audio BL 15 (Sealed Off)-Crescendo BC2kELECTRICAL:- Singer 240A alt - XS Power D3400- SkyHigh OFC power/speaker wire- Big 3 with SkyHigh 0gaugeBuild Log: Click HereScores: 146.5db @ 29hz Outlaw

truthsayer
As far as head units are concerned, let me put it this way. I have four kids rangeing from 20 to 26 and i have always been a huge audio nut myself. we have tried pretty much all the top brands. But all we run now is CLARION. Nothing is as pure and clean sounding as clarion. And ive been doing mine and other systems on the side, for 30yrs, and thats all i will run. Took a few tries for the kids wasting money on other head units. But they finally learned clarion is the only way to go, when it comes to head units. truthsayer
Beanz
Clarion is okay but this pioneer is awesome 16 band eq for left and right Speaks that's freaking awesome That's why they don't deliver. Yer ass better go sit along the side of the road and wait. You can't expect them to travel up some dirt road in a hick / back woods town. Thats how horror movies start I explain things very simply and use analogies in terms of Pickles, and grape drink, pool noodles and jackhammers...if you can't put 2 and 2 together there man, There simply is not much more I can do. TheMonolith2001
It has 2 USB ports on the back and an SD card slot in the front under the faceplate. If you want it to be totally hidden put your music on an SD card instead of a USB drive. I ran the cable it came with so it dangles out right under the head unit, this way I have access to it and I can pull it out and push it back in so there is almost nothing there. I was thinking about running another one of those from the second USB to the glove compartment for a HDD or something. If you have a 32GB USB completely full it can take a little bit to read it all and start playing though. I wonder what would happen with a bigass HDD. Might not be such a good idea. As far as the unit reading the SD card on your phone. It really depends on your specific phone and how it is set up (what ROM it is running mostly). Try downloading an app that allows you to manually mount the SD. At least with androids its that way. For blackberrys/others I have no idea. It should work fine with iPhones as well. justin0943
I think it can read hdd but you have to format it to fat32 I seen people do this and work on 100gb,an I did the same thing I just got a 8gb sd class 10 hides behind the face.also I have the mvh-p8200bt its a lower level then 80prs but its good for what I need. 02 dodge ram 1500 reg cab 3rd gen 2 sundown sd-2 d4 soundstream rub1.2500 amp all sky high car audio-fuse,fuse holder, wire, ring lugs and rca flex tech box design by Joe X supension-mcgaughys 2in drop spindal ,western chassis 6in flip kit, buddy custom c-notch 04 5.7l hemi motor swap and made it an slt eletric everthing youtube channel-http://www.youtube.c...43?feature=mhee http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/190882-02-dodge-ram-1500-3rd-gen/
