As far as an amp there are plenty of good quality amps out there...and audiopipe is NOT one of them. If you are on a budget, look into soundquebed/audioque...good amps and pretty affordable.the 2 sa 12s would be louder than the x-15? same amp for either setup(not the audiopipe). also i would need a .5 stable daily amp, what amp? No one will be able to tell you what will be louder. As someone pointed out, an x15 is rated at 1250 watts and the 2 SA's 1200 but the SA's have a bit more cone area. I've always heard cone area is king so I'd probably go with that setup...just my opinion though.
