I am going to aeroport it for ease of building the console. The box will be rectangle just where it meets the floor I will curve it but then the bottom of the box will sit up off of the curved part so the inside will be completely rectangle. I feel like the best way would be sub facing the front of the truck and port towards the rears seats. Anyone think something else would be better? And I want the box tuned to 35. Orion suggests a 4in aero. I don't feel like that is big enough. What would you all suggest air space wise and aeroport wise on this build? 03 Ford f150 2 Sa8 v2s Ap 1800d... graham0599 Posted September 9, 2013 Report Share Posted September 9, 2013 Personally i wouldn't do sub forward, port back. I don't like the idea of the sub firing "into" the port. I'd do port out the side, down, or up. And size, estimating around 2cf after displacements with two 4" ports would be good. Not sure how much air these subs like though. I like the idea of sub back port passenger so that I can build the box all the way to the dash.
