hmmm sounds like DH magazine needs a large banner on my front page

problem is, i dont know what the going rate per the amount of hits.......so i dont know what to charge. My sponsors get a spot because they take care of my audio needs but anyone else that wants a spot can get it if the price is right. NOt tryin to gouge anyone at all ill give a good deal i just want my site to stay up, not turn profit.

700 gigs isnt much at all. I use Yahoo which just raped me and I use 1and1 for some other stuff 1and1 I pay $20 a month and I get 3,000 GB of transfer volume 300 GB of space and a bunch of other shit. There from Germany with servers all over. Being that there from Germany the only support your going to get is with billing any other support and your gonna be calling Guam. Realmofexcursion uses 1and1 as well.

i've been in the computer business for over 10 years.. co owned an internet company in chico. Have you thought about setting up a personal server at your house steve?? you are there in sacramento, and can get internet speeds up to 8mb download and 2.5 mb upload. I would get a linux box, i can build ya one, and like i said said up a storage server at home. and it will help. all you would need is a static ip. and then you can transfer anything.

As far as advertising, i can help ya with that. I think anyone in the Car audio area knows who steve meade is, and when they see you and all the traffic you are getting, they should be throwing their banners at you. and it is worth an easy 50.00 a month or so. I have seen ad space selling for 10 to 90 a month. as long their websites gets visited more, and business picks up.. I would think that madsonics or crutchfield would love for you to call them and ask them about placing a logo on your site..

need to get ahold of your sales department steve and have someones job be to sell ad space.. i would be willin to help ya out, until you can get someone to do the job.. I have done this before, and i am sure my 4 page resume in the pc field will back that up.. but anyway.. just a couple suggestions for ya..

i appreciate it man thanks....but you look like your site could use some help too. I honestly really would like to hear from someoen who has been there, done that. When i say that i mean been in a situation where you get the type of traffic I GET......not some generic site somewhere. Not talking just to you bro, just anyone in general who is tryin to help. Like i said i need serious web guys if there is one to help. If your site hasnt broke 1 million on alexa i dont see how you (not you, anyone reading) can help.

Listen Steve, you are a good guy and these guys should be honored to see what you are doing in lesser quality film. What you are doing and what Im doing here on my end should be on television and get paid for it but the reality is that we are not. They are your fans and will run with you in anything you do. Photobucket looks alot cleaner to me Steve.
