I got two corners put together. then braced em I don't have any pictures bedore this. figured it was pretty basic so here's putting them together on the base. these helped a lot. the 90 degree corner clamps. I loves these fucker. in the lower part of the picture. here is how I had originally planned the box.... I new it shouldnit had been so thin... but I needed the length for the port. this was when I knew... I knew for certain I was fucked on the project. where the six inch pipe is. the also supposed to be where the pull subs 5.88 inches of depth was also going to be. lol. that wasn't going to work. this morning I had a bit of a pause. had to fab a sort of step up for my grampas john deere project. it'll look better after its cleaned up and painted. so how here is the plan... utilizes the boxes full 4.6 volume for the low end. only 25 inches of 6 inch to properly port that to 25 hertz. so you can sort of see how far the high side will be coming out the square stock sit just right were the port face for the high area sits. on a 4x4 port I only needed like an inch. so yeah I'm happy. a kind of preview to where the subs will sit. if not a little farther back. oh and I'm not sure. can someone tell me if I have enough 6 inch piping? lmdo. haha I have enough for a couple more boxes baby. only 29 bucks at menards. 47 at lowes bahahahaha... nice!. I had a lot of measured board pics I won't post them.
