KiKaZz74 Posted September 25, 2013 Report Posted September 25, 2013 so i just got a letter in the mail today. officially made eagle scout. my ceremony is coming up here in october to recieve everything. been in scouts since i was about 10. so 8 years ive been working towards this. my mom has been a huge part of my scouting life. she keeps our troop running and is currently a unit commisioner. my project was lakefront development at a campground we use quite often. project was to clear a path and make a landing with some benches down to a fishing area to an unaccessable lake. ended up using >45tons of regrind concrete gravel, 19tons of rip rap(large chunks of rock), 300ft or more of treated deck board for path border, 3 cedar benches. just a bit of my project my official letter if anyone else is an Eagle Scout please post that. its definitely an honor to receive this award.
