Lol... CEA doens't mean shit.. Save yourself the headache and go with the Audio Technix amp.

I called audio technix and got

1ohm 1830w rms 14.4v

2ohm 11-1200w rms 14.4v

Which is Nice and with the sale for 199 and a 2 week guarantee there is no reason not to try it if I don't like it I can return it for the pioneer

Good choice, you won't regret it at all. I will vouch for it, it does 1800w rms at 1 ohm.. I kid you not, its a very well built amp.
