christamez80
Ok so I'm using the dd1 to set my gains on my highs amp and to find where my stereo distorts at thru amp. The instructions say to set stereo eq to flat, I do so and it goes to 32 before distortion. I set my eq where I want it and distortion kicks in so I turn it down and it goes to 15 before distortion. My problem is that I keep blowing my tweeters. I've been threw 4 different sets. I just got 2 new sets of crescendo cz 6.5 components and they didn't last 2 days. Am I doin sumthing wrong? 81000D
Your highs and lows are way too boosted I wouldn't be surprised if your cooking your woofers too. Should try to stay as close to flat as possible
