Adding Second head unit?

Recommended Posts

Make a template of doubledin unit. Remove dash front remove radio then glass your din template in. Then use interior paint to match. Seen it done before.

You sure its not to seperate units. Dremel straight line for bottom of radio. Are the any parts in junkyard with C.D. Then 3Sixty3

I am trying to think of a way for you to do it. Will the stock radio not work right if nothing is hooked to it from the back speaker wise. Then you could extend the connector out and connector to the new head unit

750??! Yeah, fuck that. Fuck this website, fuck SMD, fuck Steve, fuck all of his butt buddy mods, and their couches.

It's all 1 part I already pulled out the unit before thinking I could just dremel off the top and glass the the top portion for a radio

If I unhook the cable behind the radio the unit completely shuts off and so does the AC controls

Well then this process gets a bit harder. You can make you own connector remote, ground, 12v and all the speakers and run your own wires. If you go through that much work I would swap the stock speakers out while you were at it

maybe this? then you can integrate your sub amp, and later if you want also a 4 channel amp to power nice speakers. This is way better than a standard line out convertor.
