Quick wiring question.

I have 2 Kicker Compvr 12's dual voice coils wired in parallel and connected normally to my amp. Positive to positive and neg to neg. My amp is the pioneer GM- D8601, it supports 1 ohm stability. How do I have to wire the subs to get to 1 ohm? Do I keep the subs wired in parallel and bridge them on the amp? What do I have to do? Thanks for any input guys.

So I just take a positive wire to both positives and a wire from both negatives and hook it up to the positive and negative on the amp like it's one speaker?

Or tough can just send all 4 positives and all 4 negatives to the amp. The main thing is that ALL of your positive wires make it and all of the negatives. If you have room, do the jumpers from each coil to the other and that way you only have to run a positive and negative from each sub. Depending on the gauge wire you're stuffing into the speaker terminals, it is either possible or it is not. Do jumpers from negative to negative and positive to positive on each sub and just run one positive and one negative out to the amp

Well the way I have it now is one wire with like a splice in it to both positive terminals on the speaker, and same thing for the negatives, that's done for both speakers then its hooked to the connection on the back of the box and I have a positive and negative wire coming out the back of the box for both speakers hooked to each of their respective spots on the amp.
