If its for your gf they care more about what it looks like than what it sounds like well at least mine does. If she saw the power wire like that she would say yank all that shit out and leave it alone. Her EX did a hack job and I had to clean it up and threw his ass under the bus the whole time while I was doing it haha don't be that guy!

Also if you are going to over power the speakers make sure you set the gain clean or they will blow shit up. Girls act like they don't like loud music but as soon as they take off down the road they will crank that shit to test your skills and to see what it will do. That kenwood also does not have a high pass filter so make sure you set the HPF on the head unit if you are going to use it for the front speakers.
