I'm thinking of putting a multi turn potentiometer in my IM-SG. Knock off some of the "touchiness" in the mid-higher frequencies.

I'd like to hear from Tony/Juan/Steve (or whoever else knows the internals) before I start voiding my warranty. I don't want to pull it apart just to find out that there isn't enough space or something.

Assuming it can even be done, what resistance rating would I need? I'm assuming logarithmic taper? I can pull it apart and find out myself... But I'm trying not to break/void anything unless I know it's even possible :P

just like anything else, if you pull it apart and start putting your own parts on it, you are on your own. Sorry man.
