and an amp

RMS Power 1 Ohm

1 x 1480W

how much cuft I need to make the box? is tunned to 34hz

your sub should come with box recommendations. If you dont have that. Let the guys here know the sub size, and what type of box you want to run. Then they can give you their recommendations.

Model number would help as kranny said as each sub even the same line just different size can have different reccomended size box

my amp is ice-1500 and my sub xtr-300d2s

but the reccomended size box on the web I think they are not good

I'm confI sed *edit (confused) because you say its a 15" ,your model number is for a 12"?

Anyways,i have looked up the t/s parems and played with them a bit. The recommend enclosure seems right on target, what makes you think they are no good? The 15" calls for 2.7 net @ 40hz which is fine because it doesn't have much motor strength & xmech.

sorry slowfkncar you'r right that was the 12'' this is the 15'' xtr-380d2s. so 2.7 net on 1500w amp is good? and I tune my box 40hz for daily? or I leave it 34hz?
