a t shaped box would it work?

my question is if i did a box that was 38 wide by 18 deep then opened up to 49 wide by 15 deep an a total height of 15 for the entire box think it would work ? ported enclosure subs would be forward facing into cabin on the 38 width face an port would be forward an to drivers side slot or to driver side rear of box ported into side of trunk

the box will widen to 5 inches larger on each side so i figure if i make 45s large enough an glass the inside when done i can avoid dead space in my box to some point

If something like this is what you are saying I think it will work if you can fit it, probably would need to be built inside.
