dwright27
Man I have that same circle cutter from Sears, the craftsman version (same exact unit) for like $24.99 goes from 10"- 54" right? awesome guide yeah, also man, good job on the box if I had some fiberglass, and resin, I would resin together that center point where all the wood rods come together that would be bad assl also, no need for resining the 45s, just get some mdf, and 45 the edges, and your golden nice job man thanks forever. yea that circle guide isnt to bad. i had to buy a new router though mainly because the other base wouldnt allow this one to fit. other then that, its a pretty decent guide. thre jasper jig is more friendly but no complaints so far. 2006 F-150 4 DC XL M2 18's Walled Daily Driver XS Power 4 DC 3.5kw Team DC Team S.P.L. dwright27
is what Iwas sayin^^^. so should i just throw some chop matt down around the braces and resin it up, to keep them from moving? or should i just throw resin around them? On another note. the box is pretty much done besides the round over on the cut outs. ive wood filled all the screws holes around the port so no taking them out. and the round over looked weird when i did it the first time in a few spots on the port. i went back and filled it and it turned out pretty good nice and smooth so i dont think the port will get rounded over. maybe though one other thing i forgot to mention, im going to check out a business lisence tomorrow so i can start writing shit off on my taxes 2006 F-150 4 DC XL M2 18's Walled Daily Driver XS Power 4 DC 3.5kw Team DC Team S.P.L. LSN2meBoom916
Yes you can wrap chop mat around those dowel braces and then resin the sh*t outta them. Make sure you thoroughly soak the mat tho-it should end up clearish like stained glass at first...then with more layers start to look opaque and yellowish/brownish/honey colored but not really clear any more. I would resin the hell outta them dowels, then lay some mat wrapping it around 2 perpendicular dowels at a time and resining them up thoroughly. then let it dry/cure and do the other perpendicular dowels too. In the end, you should have a nice solid join in the center...and pre-drilling and screwing the dowels together wouldn't hurt either.
