RollinSoLow Posted March 3, 2008 Report Share Posted March 3, 2008 Ok, well I told the shop I need a 300 watt Amp Fuse I guess i'm wrong on that.I'm running 1/0 Wire 25 ft power, and 10 ft is ground. 2007 Chevy Cobalt. No back up batteries yet but am gonna run 2 Kinetic HC 2400. I know theirs a Amp Fuse Kit the fuses i was using before was 80. I'm more concerned bout getting proper power set up/safety to get full 3000 rms out of 1 amp, than i am concerned to get full 6000. my next goal is to get mmats 6.25 Component Speakers. after that, I need an amp to power those. Most likely going to have the distro block in the trunk, next to the 2 amps. how much would a Distro Amp cost instead of just a distro block? the ground is gonna be like 10 ft. the power from the batt to the trunk is 25 ft.
