The Law of "Conservation of Energy" (which is a fundamental law of physics) says;

The total amount of energy in an isolated system remains constant. It implies that energy can neither be created, nor destroyed, but can change from one form to another.

The total energy in the known universe is actually theorized to be 0. This is because it is balanced with negative energy and cancels out.

What we can take from this is that the amount of energy is finite.

Now, what I mean by this is that even if the amplifier were fed from all of the energy in the universe, it still could not be unlimited.

That would defy the laws of physics.

Amplifiers always put our less power than they draw from the electrical system. This is because the DC electrical energy is inverted into AC electrical energy. When this process occurs, there is always a small amount of waste converted into heat.
