Marshey
I may need to go check the condition of my door hinges as with the weight of the doorcard made of thick mdf covered in fibreglass its going to be heavy. The last one looks like a beast but would need to make space for door release and window controls somewhere. 2004 Renault Megane Pioneer AVH-4400BT 5 XS Power D3100 2 Renault 210a Alternator 1 Hertz 15k Spl Monster 2 RF T600-4 16 RF T162s 6.5" Mids 16 RF T1T 1.1" Tweeters 4 FI SP4 18" D2 subs Peak: 155.0 @ 31hz 40hz: 154.4 33hz: 154.6 25hz: 154.0 20hz: 152.5 Build Log: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/178428-renault-megane-4-fi-sp4-18s-walled-12k-457-pics-termlab-scores/
jk13
With that many drivers I think you can ignore the 2" rule from RF. Without that limitation what would you want it to look like? Woofers as far forward as possible in two rows of four and tweeters above them in two rows of four? Static drops are my bag.
Marshey
Well i was thinking about all tweeters in A pillars but that would be one extra thing i would have to make and i would want to keep them in doors with crossovers so save on wiring. In the top left corner i have to put the door release so that will change it on a few of them. Maybe have all tweeters lined up at top of door but not sure how it would sounds. 2004 Renault Megane Pioneer AVH-4400BT 5 XS Power D3100 2 Renault 210a Alternator 1 Hertz 15k Spl Monster 2 RF T600-4 16 RF T162s 6.5" Mids 16 RF T1T 1.1" Tweeters 4 FI SP4 18" D2 subs Peak: 155.0 @ 31hz 40hz: 154.4 33hz: 154.6 25hz: 154.0 20hz: 152.5 Build Log: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/178428-renault-megane-4-fi-sp4-18s-walled-12k-457-pics-termlab-scores/
