JNells Posted February 1, 2015 Author Report Posted February 1, 2015 Box is built, reinforced, braced, body worked/filled, sanded, and sub holes cut to fit. Maaaaaan that was a lot of friggen sanding!!! Even for me, a guy who actually enjoys sanding... Now I just have to build the trunk part of the enclosure.. False floor and built spare tire well, and figure out a way to seal it off... Any suggestions of how to seal it off? Malibu Build Log

JNells Posted February 4, 2015 Author Report Posted February 4, 2015 Floor foamed and secured... Went with a 3 part floor design.. 2 sides and 1 front piece. The box will be mounted into both with L brackets. Just threw the box in there to see how I'm doing... Not too shabby so far. Lots of work ahead, but solid start in the trunk if I do say so myself.
