My subwoofer is a Pioneer Premier 400w RMS, and in SPL this system is getting 138.7Db, but I have not configured the amplifier , Subwoofer Gain is on +6, but dont know where to put Low pass configuration. Noel989 Posted December 1, 2013 Report Share Posted December 1, 2013 Gain is suppose to be matched/not exceed RCA voltage. So it won't clip/distort. To do that you'll need a dd-1 or ocilliscope The low past filter is suppose to be ~80hz. The only way I know how to set is with a cc-1 The subsonic filter is suppose to be a few hz lower than what your box is tune too. This is my subwoofer manual: Dont know if the input level is the same as Gain in other amps?
